As a firm of patent agents, Ade & Company Inc. specializes in the preparation and filing of patent applications and subsequent prosecution of applications to obtain the best issued patents possible for our clients.
It is our usual practice that only one Agent is responsible for your application from start to finish including personally writing all necessary material and personally communicating directly with both the US and Canadian Patent Offices so that there is no duplication with other persons. This has the further benefits of avoiding communication errors and minimizing unnecessary costs.
