We at Ade & Company Inc. are able to provide many intellectual property related opinions. The following are examples of some of the opinion services we provide:

Patentability Opinion: an opinion on the patentability of an invention in consideration of any prior patents, published applications and other prior art which may be relevant.

Patent Infringement Opinion: an opinion to determine if the manufacture, use or sale of a given product or process falls within the scope of the claims of a patent.

Design Around Opinion: an opinion to determine if the manufacture, use or sale of a given product or process is sufficiently distinguished from any claims of a patent which may be valid so as to avoid infringement.

Validity Opinion: an opinion of the validity of the claims of a patent in consideration of any prior patents, published applications and other prior art which may be relevant.

Design Registerability Opinion: an opinion on the possibility of registering Design Protection on a design in consideration of any prior registered designs, published applications and other prior art which may be relevant.
