Adrian Battison obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from Liverpool University England in 1970 and commenced training in London England, becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents (UK) in 1975 and a European patent attorney. From 1975 to 1982 he was Patent and Licensing Manager for a British engineering company obtaining extensive knowledge in many countries of patent litigation procedures and of obtaining and managing patents in mechanical engineering. Mr. Battison joined Ade & Company in 1982
and completed the Canadian patent agents exams in 1984 becoming a registered Canadian patent agent and a registered US Patent Agent. Since 1982 he has been extensively involved in obtaining Canadian and US Patents for clients in Canada and USA and has experience in many fields including IT, telecommunications, electronics, electrical engineering, oil and gas technology, magnetic resonance imaging, agricultural engineering, automotive engineering, paper processing and general mechanical engineering.
